History and distinctive features

Regular burials at the Old Jewish Cemetery on Thalkirchner Straße ended in 1908, although an old family grave may allow a very rare exception. The historic grounds are not freely accessible. Their gates open only for a small number of tours announced in advance by the Munich Adult Education Centre; the IKG does not offer general individual access by appointment. The map marker is therefore provided only for orientation.
