The rules provide for Catholics of St. Lorenz Oberföhring parish who lived or stayed in the parish. Catholics from elsewhere need church administration permission; section 2 sets additional conditions for other burials.
Resting period
The ordinary rest period is 20 years; it is 15 years for urns and children up to their fifth birthday, and 40 years for vault burials.
Costs and cemetery fees
From 1 January 2026, single graves cost €77, €87 or €99 per year depending on their section, and double graves €135 or €145. An urn grave or burial right in the shared urn vault costs €52 per year. Burial services are additional.
Funeral dates and ceremonies
Register a burial promptly with the St. Lorenz Oberföhring parish office. The cemetery operator organises or commissions the viewing and the opening and closing of the grave.
Grave care and local services
Grave-right holders maintain ordinary graves. The cemetery operator alone maintains and designs the shared urn vault. Appointing private gardeners or stonemasons must be notified; the rules allow one week for objections.
