Parking at the cemetery
A publicly accessible car park is on Musenbergstraße by Johanneskirchen station. Continue on foot along Johanneskirchner Straße towards the village centre and churchyard. It is not directly beside the church; follow local signs.

Allocation of grave rights
The rules provide for Catholics of St. Thomas parish who lived or stayed in the parish. Catholics from elsewhere need church administration permission; section 2 sets additional conditions for other burials.
Resting period
The rest period is 15 years, including children and urns.
Costs and cemetery fees
From 1 January 2026, annual grave-use fees are €93 for a single grave, €166 for a double grave and €41 for an urn grave. Fees are collected in advance; burial operations are charged separately.
Funeral dates and ceremonies
Register a burial promptly with the St. Thomas parish office. The cemetery operator organises or commissions the viewing and the opening and closing of the grave.
Grave care and local services
Grave-right holders must keep the grave in good condition. Appointing a gardener or stonemason must be notified to the cemetery operator; the rules allow one week for objections. Wreaths and arrangements should be compostable.
