Getting here by public transport
U-Bahn U6 to Fröttmaning. A longer walk leads from the U-Bahn to Holy Cross Church at Fröttmaninger Berg.
Parking at the cemetery
A publicly accessible car park is on Freisinger Landstraße east of the churchyard. Continue on foot to Holy Cross church and the churchyard. The parking area is not immediately beside the church; follow local signs.

Single graves, double graves and urn-earth graves; the cemetery administration can advise on current availability.
Allocation of grave rights
The rules provide for Catholics of St. Albert München-Freimann parish who lived or stayed in the parish. Catholics from elsewhere need church administration permission; section 2 sets additional conditions for other burials.
Resting period
The rest period is 15 years, including urns; for children up to their fifth birthday it is 10 years.
Funeral dates and ceremonies
Register a burial promptly with the St. Albert München-Freimann parish office. The cemetery operator organises or commissions the viewing and the opening and closing of the grave.
Grave care and local services
Grave-right holders are responsible for upkeep. Appointing a private gardener or stonemason must be notified to the cemetery operator; work may begin if no objection is raised within one week. Wreaths and arrangements should be compostable.

History and distinctive features
The walled cemetery belongs to the historic Holy Cross church in Fröttmaning, whose present building dates from the 11th or 12th century. After the old village disappeared, the church survived, was saved from demolition from 1972 and restored by 1982. Burials resumed when the cemetery was redesigned in 1986. Access is provided during daylight from April to September and during church service times from October to March.
